Terms of service

Free sample Reels. We make up to three sample Reels from your clinic's publicly available content. They are provided under a free licence to post on your own social accounts for 30 days from delivery. After 30 days the licence ends and the samples should be taken down, unless you have started a package, in which case they are covered by the package licence below. Samples are made privately and are not shared with anyone else.

Package Reels. Reels delivered under a monthly package are licensed to you for the length of your subscription, for posting on your own social accounts and website. Thumbstop Media keeps ownership of the edits, scripts, voiceover, captions and motion graphics. Your own content (your copy, photos, clips and reviews) stays yours.

If you cancel. Packages are rolling monthly with 30 days' notice and no setup fee. When a subscription ends, the licence ends with it. You agree to remove Reels we made from your accounts within 14 days of the end date. We may ask platforms to remove any that remain. If you would like to keep Reels after cancelling, ask us for a buy-out price.

Approval. Nothing is posted until you approve it. You are responsible for confirming that any photo or clip you give us may be used, including consent from anyone shown.

Compliance. We write to GDC advertising guidance for dental practices and to ASA and CAP rules for aesthetics clinics. We never promise treatment results or patient numbers, and this is not legal advice.

Prices. The founding-client offer runs for 3 months, then moves to the standard Growth price. Ad spend for the Meta ads add-on is paid by you directly to Meta.
